I received a phone call that a very good friend and fellow photographer was stricken with a severe case of tonsillitis and not able to shoot her wedding the next day! Of course I couldn't let someone's most amazing day go uncovered, especially when it's a clam bake on the beach... so meet Angelo, Liz and family.

That's right, and that means capturecrosscountry.com is in effect! We'll be updating it as often as we can get internet access as we drive from CT to Black Mountain, NC...
then down to New Orleans and a special stop in Atlanta, GA on the way back... (more on specific exciting things to come).

This was a total surprise to us and we're psyched that so many people appreciate the work we do. I know, I know, it's not first, but hey, it's only our second year in business and last year we won third place, so we're really moving up in the world!! pigtails and dolls

Yeah! I've had the most exciting day at the studio because I had some special visitors to brighten my day! Yup, you guessed it... my favorite twin girls! Emmie and Allie (and mom, of course) decided to surprise me with a visit and lunch at the studio!!! Can I just say... greatest girls EVER!!! I can't even imagine life without them. They totally rock my world and make me so unbelievably happy. And, of course, what's a visit with the twins without taking photos of them... I just couldn't resist the pigtails and dolls. They're just so damn cute!
